How it works

What to have ready before we arrive
- Valid photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID for each signer.
- Your documents, unsigned — most documents must be signed in front of the notary, so don’t sign ahead of time.
- All signers present — everyone signing must be there with ID.
- Witnesses, if needed — some documents (like wills) require them; ask us when you book and we’ll tell you.
Good to know
We’re by appointment only — office visits are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3 PM, and mobile appointments can be arranged outside those hours.
